My work sits at the intersection of massage & bodywork.
What is the difference?
Massage leans into rhythmic touch, lymphatic influence, and relaxation of the soft tissues.
Bodywork goes deeper into patterning and structure, using tools like fascia decompression and more advanced techniques to support long-term change.
In practice, the two are never separate—each session weaves relaxation and restoration with deeper structural work, guided by what your body is asking for that day.
