I’ve been drawn to energy and touch for most of my life. I became a Reiki Master in 1999 while living in Dayton, Ohio, and it showed me how much I wanted to work with people in a hands-on way. I searched for a massage therapy school that honored both bodywork and energy work, and found that balance at Universal College of Healing Arts. I graduated in 2009 and later added aesthetics to better understand the body from multiple angles.

For many years, I practiced massage part-time while also supporting family members through serious illness. There were seasons when I stepped away from the table to be a caregiver, and seasons when I quietly returned. It was my dog, Ajax, who ultimately nudged me fully back into this work—after he tore his ACL, I reactivated my license so I could better support him, and that process reawakened my love for bodywork and the restorative arts.

Today, I work full-time in Blair, Nebraska, offering slow, intuitive massage that blends fascia-focused bodywork, lymphatic support, and energy-informed touch into one unhurried experience. My studies at Big Tree School of Natural Healing deepened my understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including the meridian and Five Element systems. I’ve also studied Qigong with Master Zi Xiao and Elizabeth Seraphine in Sedona, and with Master Chen and Sarah Brandt in Omaha.

All of these threads come together in the way I practice now—creating a calm, sacred space for you to slow down, unwind, and listen beneath the surface, inviting you to relax the mind, unwind the fascia, and deepen the breath as you return to a sense of feeling safe, supported, and at home again.
