Work with Me
Below, you’ll see that I offer programs rather than a long list of separate massage types. That’s because my work doesn’t fit into neat little boxes—and neither do you. Instead of choosing one technique from a menu, you choose the general journey that best matches what you’re moving through right now: post-surgery recovery, chronic conditions, athletic training, nervous-system reset, or a custom reset if you’re not sure yet.
Within each program, I’m able to draw from my full toolkit—lymphatic-focused massage, scar-aware work, fluid isometrics, fascia unwinding, energy-informed touch, red light therapy, fascia decompression, block therapy and more—as your system is ready for it. Programs give us a shared sense of direction, while still allowing each session to be tailored in the moment.
When you book, you’ll first be asked to choose a session length (for example, 60 or 90 minutes). After that, you’ll select the program that feels like the best fit. This does not lock you into anything; it simply helps me understand where to start and how to prepare for your time with me. We’ll always check in together at the beginning of your session and let your body guide what actually happens on the table that day.
Custom Reset Massage
A foundational session for overall stress and tension.
A tailored, full-body reset that blends intuitive massage, lymphatic influence, fluid isometrics, and fascia unwinding. This is the ideal starting point if you’re new to Tinna or simply need an overall sense of ease and relaxation.
Chronic Condition Support Massage
Deeply calming work for burnout, overwhelm, and emotional load.
A session devoted to downshifting from “on” all the time. This program blends soothing massage, fascia unwinding, and energy-aware touch to help the whole system settle. Ideal for those who feel wired, depleted, or emotionally stretched thin.
Post-Surgery & Scar Care Massage
Gentle, guided support after procedures and operations.
Designed for those recovering from surgeries such as C-sections, hysterectomies, joint replacements, or other procedures (with medical clearance). These sessions emphasize comfort, fluid movement, and gradual scar-supportive work, with more advanced bodywork introduced only as the body is ready.
Nervous System Reset Massage
For returning clients ready for deeper structural and energetic work.
This advanced program weaves together bodywork-forward modalities like fascia decompression and red light therapy with Tinna’s core tools. It’s designed for clients who have already built a foundation with her and are ready to explore more focused, transformative work over a series of sessions.
Fascia & Light Intensive (Advanced Bodywork Program)
Slow, steady care for ongoing conditions and sensitivity.
Created for those living with chronic pain, fatigue, or complex health journeys, this program centers on gentleness, safety, and sustainable progress. Sessions may remain mostly in the massage realm or gradually include more bodywork as your system allows, always with a focus on regulation and comfort.
Each program is a framework, not a rigid formula—sessions are always customized in real time based on what your system is asking for that day.
Active Body / Athlete Massage
Targeted support for people who ask a lot of their bodies.
For runners, athletes, and active individuals, this program focuses on recovery, mobility, and resilience. It combines massage and bodywork approaches—like fascia-focused techniques, fluid isometrics, block therapy and nervous-system downshifting—to help you feel more supported in your training and daily movement.
Tools We May Use During Your Session:
Every session begins with a conversation. Together, we'll choose the approaches that best support your body that day. These modalities are never "add-ons" or upsells—they're simply part of my toolbox and may be incorporated into your session as appropriate.
Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared light therapy works at the cellular level by supporting the body's natural energy production. It may be incorporated to encourage circulation, tissue recovery, relaxation, and overall vitality, helping your body feel more supported before or after bodywork.
PEMF Therapy (30-minute session only)
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy provides a gentle, restorative experience designed to support relaxation and overall wellness. During your session, you'll rest comfortably on the Healthy Wave Mat while choosing from options such as guided breath meditation, gentle fascia work, or focused work for the feet, face, arms, or legs, creating a personalized experience that encourages your body to settle and recharge.
Block Therapy
Block Therapy uses specialized therapeutic blocks to encourage fluid movement, improve circulation, and gently unwind fascia. It can be incorporated into a massage session or experienced as its own focused bodywork practice to help create more space, ease, and freedom of movement.
Warm Bamboo Therapy
Warm bamboo tools provide a soothing way to apply deeper, broad pressure while encouraging circulation and relaxation. This enhancement is especially comforting during the colder months and offers a unique blend of warmth, grounding, and therapeutic bodywork.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping gently lifts the tissue instead of compressing it, creating space within the fascia and encouraging healthy circulation. Often used alongside massage and bodywork, cupping can support mobility, ease areas of restriction, and complement the body's natural recovery process.
Etheric Weaving
Etheric Weaving is an intuitive, energy-informed practice that supports relaxation, presence, and a deeper connection between body and mind. This subtle modality complements hands-on bodywork by creating space for the nervous system to settle and for the body to integrate the session more fully.
A Gentle Reminder
Every session begins with a conversation. Together, we'll determine which approaches best support your body that day. There is never an expectation that every tool will be used—your session is always guided by your comfort, your goals, and what feels most supportive in the moment.

30-Minute Distance Reiki Session
Sometimes the deepest support begins by simply creating space to pause.
A Distance Reiki Session allows you to receive Reiki from the comfort of your own home while I hold a safe, intentional space for your session from mine. Energy is not limited by distance, making this a beautiful option when you're unable to come into the office or simply feel called to receive from wherever you are.
Before Your Session
At your scheduled appointment time, I encourage you to create an environment that allows you to fully receive.
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can rest uninterrupted for 30 minutes.
Silence your phone, turn off the television, and minimize distractions.
Take a few slow, deep breaths and set a gentle intention for your session. There is no right or wrong intention—simply notice what your heart or body is asking for today.
Before your appointment, please text a recent photo of yourself (a full-body photo is preferred) to (402) 256-1525. This allows me to focus my intention during your session. Your photo will be permanently deleted immediately following your appointment.
By scheduling this session, you are providing your consent to receive Distance Reiki during your reserved appointment time.
After Your Session
After receiving your session reflection, I encourage you to continue drinking water, return to your breath throughout the day, and simply notice what unfolds over the next 24–48 hours. Every Distance Reiki session is unique and your experience may continue to integrate long after our scheduled time together.
Relax the mind.
Unwind the fascia.
Deepen the breath.
Distance Reiki is often experienced as a sense of calm, spaciousness, emotional release, deep rest, or renewed clarity. Every experience is unique, and there is nothing you need to "do" other than simply receive.
A Gentle Reminder
Distance Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace care from your physician or qualified healthcare provider. I encourage you to partner with your functional medicine practitioner or healthcare team regarding any medical concerns.
